Moscow police have fined two men who were caught transporting a baby in a bag on an electric scooter. The incident violated multiple rules, as the couple was riding on the scooter together with the baby on the road. The authorities quickly identified and penalized the violators using surveillance cameras and the scooter's registration number.
The parents were also blocked from the scooter rental service. According to reports, they violated three regulations: riding together on a single scooter, transporting a child on the road, and using a bag as a carrier for the baby.
The case is currently under review by the prosecutor's office. The incident took place on the Third Transport Ring in Moscow, where the couple was spotted riding on the electric scooter with the baby in a bag carrier.
The fine serves as a reminder to prioritize safety and follow traffic regulations when transporting infants or children. Any violation of these rules can pose serious risks to the child's well-being.
