Atmospheric pressure will decrease by 23 units on Friday, leading to temperatures below zero during the night. Wet snowfall will turn into rain during the day. By the beginning of November, the snow height may reach 3 cm but will quickly melt. Stormy weather is expected to continue on Saturday, November 2, with possible snowfall and blizzards.

Motorists have been advised to change their tires due to the changing weather conditions. The forecast for Sunday, November 3, suggests light rain and temperatures of up to 11 degrees Celsius. The atmospheric pressure will be 748 mm Hg. On October 26, another meteorologist predicted that snowfall in Moscow would not occur before October 30. A brief period of strong winds up to 20 m/s is expected, followed by a return to temperatures of around 9 degrees Celsius.
