The State Hermitage Museum has brought a stunning collection of diamonds, luxurious dresses, and precious objects to Moscow's Historical Museum. The exhibition, titled "Imperial Residences," showcases pieces from the Hermitage's collection and offers visitors a glimpse into the grandeur and opulence of the Russian Imperial Court.

The exhibition features jewelry, watches, accessories, and outfits worn by members of the Imperial family, including Empress Elizabeth and Catherine II. One of the highlights is a gold toilet set that belonged to Empress Anna Ioannovna. The collection also includes portraits of prominent figures of the time.

The exhibition is divided into three sections. The first section, "Gallery of Jewels," displays jewelry pieces that belonged to the Imperial family, including snuffboxes, watches, and decorative items. The central section, "Ball," showcases silk and velvet costumes and dresses adorned with embroidery and lace, as well as elegant accessories. The final section is dedicated to the Romanov dynasty and features memorial items of the monarchs.

The exhibition was organized in collaboration with the State Hermitage Museum and the Historical Museum. It aims to highlight the richness and importance of Russia's cultural heritage and its connection to the country's history. The exhibition will be open to the public until May 12.
