Moscow City Court has upheld the decision to keep former Mayor of Sochi, Aleksey Kopaygorodsky, in custody. The court's ruling, announced by the press service of the Moscow courts, confirmed the earlier decision by the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow to detain Aleksey Kopaygorodsky.
The family of the detained former mayor of Sochi, Aleksey Kopaygorodsky, is reportedly living a luxurious lifestyle. It should be noted that Aleksey Kopaygorodsky assumed office as mayor of Sochi in September 2019. Previously, it had been reported that he would be taking up a new position. However, on September 12, it was announced that the former official had volunteered to serve in the special operation zone.
