Over the Past Five Years, 15 Buildings for Cultural Organizations Have Been Constructed in Moscow

Moscow has built 15 buildings for cultural organizations over the past five years, according to Deputy Mayor Vladimir Yefimov. These buildings, totaling approximately 52,700 square meters, have been handed over to theaters, zoos, and art schools.

Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction, Vladimir Yefimov, has announced that the city has constructed approximately 52,700 square meters of real estate for the placement of cultural organizations since October 2019. He stated that this is one of the directions of the Targeted Investment Program, within which developers construct buildings and structures for urban infrastructure.

"Over the past five years, cultural organizations have received 15 new facilities with a total area of approximately 52,700 square meters. They have been handed over to theaters, the zoo, and art schools," clarified the deputy mayor.

Ministry of Property Relations of the Moscow Region reported that more than 29 hectares of land have been allocated for the construction of social facilities since the beginning of 2024.
